Joshua Dukart, a district technician for the Burleigh County Soil Conservation District, Bismarck, North Dakota, speaks on “intentional living” at the recent No-till On The Plains winter conference at Salina, Kansas. Dukart is also a certified educator of holistic management and serves as field representative for the North Dakota Grazing Lands Coalition.
