There were no confirmed sales in Texas Panhandle and western Oklahoma feedlots March 7, according to the USDA Market News, Amarillo, TX.

Trade was at a standstill. Slaughter steers and heifers were not tested. Feedlots report light interest from buyers. No sales were reported, with 49,700 head confirmed for the week to date including 49,000 formulated cattle scheduled to ship this week and 18 loads or 600 head of CME cattle delivered this week.

The latest market was last Wednesday and Thursday, March 1 and 2, at $70 to $70.50 per cwt.

Bids and asking prices were not established.
