MEXICO CITY (B)--Mexico booked 140,000 tonnes of U.S. sorghum for shipment over the next five to six months, a market source said. Most of the volume was to be shipped out of the U.S. Gulf although some was booked for rail. Details were sketchy.

The Mexican government has been tight with its corn import policy so far this year, prompting some feed companies to consider sorghum.
