At Leasing Resources, Inc., Wichita, KS, the staff of professionals will get a person pre-approved to go shopping for that next piece of equipment.

This will allow the person to negotiate the price of the equipment, as though he is a "cash customer." LRI can get a person an approval for purchasing equipment from a dealer, an auction or another individual. LRI can arrange a "lease to own" program that will fit a persons specific cash flow needs, with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, irregular or seasonal payments. If a person does not need the tax benefits of leasing, then LRI can arrange a financing package also.

When LRI arranges financing or leasing for a buyer, keep in mind that LRI only takes a security interest in that one particular piece of equipment, no all inclusive language; programs only require a minimum down payment or a buyer can use a trade-in as the down payment; a further statistic to consider is that for every dollar that a person can keep working in his operation should provide him with a 12% return.

From $5,000 to $100,000, the only information required is an application and a current financial statement (with approved credit). Requests over $100,000 require a complete financial package.
