Knight has added a larger, 950-cubic-foot model to their Commercial SDL Series mixers.

These units are built heavier and offer exactly what commercial dairymen and feedlot managers have been asking for: Superior mix quality, dependability, and long life. They offer a proven reel and auger mixing design three-year warranted reel bearings and friction-welded shafts and the heaviest flighting and hopper bottoms in their class. Four models are available, ranging from 500 to 950 cubic feet mixing capacity, in trailer, truck and stationary models.

Knight also introduces three larger vertical mixer models to their Verti-Maxx Mixer line. The new models have 738-, 858- and 1,009-cubic-foot capacities. The Verti-Maxx features a patent-pending, bull-gear drive (BGD design) that takes the dependability and simplicity of vertical mixers to the next level. The twin-auger design provides superior mix quality, faster large-bale processing, and lower loading heights than competitive single-auger verticals.

Five Verti-Maxx models are available from 424- to 1,000-cubic-foot sizes, in addition to their proven line of reel and four auger mixers.
