Lyle H. Gray, Leon, KS, has been re-elected to a new three-year term on the board of directors of the Farm Credit Bank of Wichita (FCBW) and also has been elected vice chairman of the board effective Jan. 1.

He has served on the board since 1989.

Gray also serves on the board of the Wichita District Farm Credit Council (WDFCC), which represents the legislative interests of Farm Credit institutions. He previously has served as chairman of the WDFCC board. Gray is a rancher and stockman, with a cow-calf operation. He is a member of Farm Credit Services of Central Kansas, Federal Land Credit Association (FLCA) and Farm Credit Services of Central Kansas, Production Credit Association (PCA). He is a past president of the Kansas Livestock Association and serves on the board of the Kansas Beef Council. He has served on the Cattleman's Beef Promotion and Research Board since 1994 and is a past treasurer and vice chairman and, in 1999, served as chairman.
