FieldPLUS is a major advance in mechanical-move irrigation. Designed for use in fields containing obstructions, the FieldPLUS system with its exclusive pivoting joint allows the outer spans to continue irrigating around obstructions while the inner spans remain stationary, enabling growers to irrigate previously unreachable sections of land. Since the FieldPLUS joint can be placed at nearly any tower, the system can be custom-configured for just about any field.

The secret to the system's success is the unique FieldPLUS pivot joint, which allows the outer spans to continue irrigating up to 165° in either direction. The pivot starts its course normally, resembling a standard multi-span pivot. A barricade stops the tower with the FieldPLUS pivot joint, allowing the outer spans to continue irrigating while the inner spans remain stationary.

The FieldPLUS joint pivots on two nylon bearings for smooth movement. The pivot's structure features the same quality materials and construction as the entire Zimmatic line. The joint can even be retrofitted to most existing Zimmatic center-pivot irrigation systems.
