Eleven Fairview 4-H and FFA members and over 130 head of sheep attended the Cimarron Sheep Show, held in Fairview, OK. The show was judged by Kent Boggs, Stillwater.

Martha Spence won first place in class two and reserve champion Southdown. Cody Ott received first place in class two Southdown and champion Southdown. Lindsey Nichols won a first and second place, with two Shropshires, and champion Shropsire. Heath Burchfield placed first with a Dorset.

Katresa Brashears won first place with a Hampshire, in class one, while Amanda Kelley received second. Kendra Brashears won first place in the Hampshire division class two. Lindsey Nichols won first place in class three Hampshire and Coy Ott received second. Kraston Colby won second place in class five Hampshire.

Dusty Burchfield won second place in class two Suffolk and reserve champion Suffolk. Burchfield won first place and reserve champion speckled face.

In the natural colored division, Dusty Burchfield won two first places and champion and reserve champion natural colored lamb. Cody Ott won third place in class two and Kendra Graham won second. Kendra Graham won second place in class four and Cody Ott won first.

In the crossbred division, Martha Spence received second place and Katresa Brashears won third place in class one. Tara Burchfield won third place in class two, and Heath Burchfield won fifth. In class four, Kendra Graham received second. In class five, Kendra Brashears won first. Dusty Burchfield won grand champion lamb overall. -Katresa Brashears, Fairview FFA Chapter reporter.
