The Amigo (G24-706HP67) is truly a friendly looking home. It has a porch large enough to put a covered table or a swing and chairs. There are numerous windows in the front that breakup the traditional look and provide variety. Entering the home from the porch puts the visitor directly into the living room. It is quite wide and has a fireplace on the side.

Through a large archway is the foyer. The utility opens off this area to the left and also provides a door to the outside. The kitchen, to the rear of the home, is L-shaped with a cooktop oven located on an island in the middle. The breakfast nook has windows on two sides, with a door to the rear deck. This is great for having Sunday barbecues or afternoon picnics.

Bedroom 2 and 3 are on the main floor with a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a large wall closet and the bathroom has a linen closet, handy to all the rooms.

The Amigo has been designed for a basement and an upstairs. The basement has not been finished and that would be an area that each family could design to suit their needs. However, as an alternate plan, the utility room would be located where the stairs to the basement are, and the furnace and water heater would occupy the area that is the utility room. They would have folding doors in front and a storage area next to them.

The upstairs only contains the master suite. It has a huge walk-in closet and a large suite area. The bathroom, while not located within the master suite, is just outside the door. It has two sinks, a tub, and plenty of area to move. There is an open balcony off both rooms for easy access to the stairs.

The Amigo has 1,470 square feet on the main floor, 1,035 square feet upstairs, and the basement if desired. This would make the home quite large and spacious. This home does not have an attached garage, but one could be added easily on the left, using the door through the utility as the entry into the home.
