Bayer proudly introduces its new Frontier line of respiratory vaccines for cattle. The Frontier line of modified live virus (MLV) vaccines provides proven duration of immunity against IBR and true MLV protection against BVD Type 1 and Type 2. In addition, the new vaccines provide strong protection against PI3 and BRSV.
"These new vaccines represent the next generation of modified live respiratory vaccines for cattle, said Paul Loney, Bovine Biologicals Product Manager for Bayer. "Frontier vaccines provide longer duration of immunity against IBR and broader BVD protection. Plus, with six combinations to select from, Frontier vaccines will fit well into any vaccination program."
"Frontier vaccines contain high antigen levels to ensure a strong, fast immune response," according to Loney. "These new MLV vaccines provide the most complete protection against respiratory disease in cattle among modified live vaccines."
In protecting against IBR, Frontier features proven duration of immunity that lasts three times longer than some other respiratory vaccines, with no viral shedding to non-infected penmates.
BVD is one of the costliest diseases facing cattle producers. Frontier vaccines from Bayer contain true strains of BVD Type 1 and Type 2 for broad protection against this serious threat.
Frontier vaccines are available in 10-dose and 50-dose vials.
