Stockman's Livestock, Inc., Apache, OK, reported receipts of 3,739 head for the week ending Feb. 26, compared with 3,142 head last week, according to the USDA Market News Service, Oklahoma City, OK.

Compared to last week, feeder steers over 500 pounds were steady to $2 higher. Feeder heifers over 700 pounds were $1 higher. Stocker calves were steady. Demand was good for all classes. Quality was average to attractive. Weighups were average. Heifers comprised 40% of feeders and calf supply. Slaughter cows were steady to $1 higher. Slaughter bulls were $1 to $2 higher. Total of 213 head of cows and bulls sold.

Slaughter bulls: Yield grade 1 to 2, 1150 to 2335 lbs., 45.00 to 49.00; high dressing, 49.50 to 54.00; low dressing, 42.00 to 44.00.

Replacement cows: Pre-tested for Bangs, pregnancy and age, medium and large frame 1, 1 to 2 years old, 900 to 1000 lbs., 7 to 8 months bred, average quality, 630.00 to 670.00; 5 to 8 years old, 1100 to 1270 lbs., 5 to 7 months bred, average quality, 500.00 to 575.00.
