The 2000 Ambassador Program, sponsored by American Cyanamid Company and the National Association of wheat Growers (NAWG), is scheduled March 8 to 11, at the Nassau Inn, in Princeton, NJ.

The Ambassador Program provides growers with unique training sessions, as well as the opportunity to participate in a variety of discussions, which focus on managing issues that impact the wheat industry. Training sessions will cover topics including: how Congress decides policy; writing and speaking to achieve results; tools for effective lobbying; communicating effectively with different personalities; tips for effective media interviews, and improving teamwork skills. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to witness technology at work, when they tour Cyanamid's Global Agricultural Products Research facility.
