- Your subscription ID is the email address you used when subscribing to the digital edition.
I can't open the book on my tablet.
- If your subscription has expired you will not be able to view the book.
Please call 800-353-1841 to check expiration date or to renew your digital subscription.
When I click on the link the book does not open.
- At this time, some tablets are not opening the flipviewer app.
Click on the first link in the email to open in a browser. Our tech team is working to update the app's capabilities.
- NOTE: Jan. 29, 2014 - We just got confirmation of an update for iPad Viewer. Check to see if you have this update available.
Report a problem
- Try using a different browser. Internet Explorer, FireFox, Google Chrome.
If you cannot open in any browser please report the problem using the link in item number 5.
- If you are using Internet Explorer go to tools and uncheck ActiveX Filtering.
