A New Look for Farm Safety Education

Join Dennis Murphy and Dave Hill as they outline major activities and expected outputs for the Safety in Agriculture for Youth (SAY) grant. The SAY grant was awarded to Penn State University by the USDA –National Institute of Food and Agriculture. SAY grant partners include the Ohio State University, University of Kentucky, Utah State University, and CareerSafe. The SAY Project is a two-year cooperative agreement that will focus on identifying educational curricula that aligns with the Agriculture, Food and National Resources (AFNR) Career Cluster Standards and developing a sustainable national clearinghouse for youth farm safety education materials and resources through eXtension.
