Online Food Science Course

Purdue University Department of Food Science is planning to offer the “Introduction to Food Scienceonline course for high school educators or anyone interested in learning about how to teach food science in their classrooms. The course will be from May 6-24, 2013. Space is limited. The 2013 course flyer is attached.
