ELIGIBILITY: College students majoring in agricultural education who will complete their student teaching in the coming spring or fall, enrolled in a college or university that offers a program of study in agricultural education. Preference will be given to applicants who have intentions to become an agricultural teacher. Priority will be given to those students who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, community service, alumni involvement, exhibits good character and moral traits, and have excelled scholastically. Students may only receive this scholarship once.
AWARD: Two $500 scholarships, non-renewable will be awarded to one student in both the spring and fall block. The scholarship is to be used toward tuition and fees associated with being a college or university student preparing to be an agricultural teacher.
