The Crest FFA chapter was established in 1967 with 31 members. The Chapter displays its many successes over the years by proudly displaying every plaque and trophy on the walls. Crest FFA also has great local support, with many of the founding members still living in the community today. The students enjoying reading the names of members on the original charter: possibly a neighbor or grandparent. Despite the turnover of young teachers over the last few years, Crest holds strong with many active members and an outstanding officer team. The students are self-driven to compete in Speech, Dairy Cattle, Leadership, Ag Sales, Dairy Foods, Food Science, Entomology, Floriculture, Meats, Ag Communications, Ag Mechanics, Welding, Horse Judging, Livestock and any other CDE that peaks their interest. This is a young, student-driven Chapter that sees success around every corner. Crest has offered many courses over the years, evolving into the career pathways it offers today with Vocational Agriculture, Agriscience, Horticulture, Animal Science, Agriculture Mechanics and Leadership. Our goal is to equip students who pass through our program with the tools and skills needed to succeed in this ever changing world.
