The purpose of this CDE is to increase the effectiveness of creed speaking among the Greenhand members of the FFA and to develop public speaking experience. Since the ability to recite the Creed of the FFA is one of the requirements for attaining the Greenhand degree, it would seem appropriate that suitable recognition should be given to Greenhands who excel in this activity.
