National Chapter Rankings Announced

State FFA Office - May 11, 2009

The results of the Triple Crown and National Chapter Judging have been announced. The invidual rankings of the gold division chapters in each area will be announced on stage at the 81st State FFA Convention in Manhattan Kansas.

Sixteen chapters have also been recognized as triple crown chapters based on their results in the three development areas: student, chapter, and community. The chapter rankings will be announced at the State Convention and the Bob Garlow Memorial Trophy will be presented to the winning chapter.

State & National FFA Scholarships Announced

April 23, 2009

State and National scholarship recipients have been announced. At the state level, $15,500 has been awareded thanks to the support of six different sponsors. At the national level 95 scholarships were awareded to Kansas FFA members for a total of $121,275. More

81st Kansas FFA Convention Schedule

The State FFA Office has announced the schedule for the 2009 State FFA Convention.

This year's convention includes six exciting sessions culminating in the sixth and final session on Friday afternoon where the Stars over Kansas and new state officers will be announced.

Other exciting events include motivational workshops, delegate business sessions, and FFA Night at the Manhattan Town Center. More

Winners of the State Agricultural Proficiency Awards Selected

Winners in the State Agricultural Proficiency Awards were selected Saturday, March 21st for presentation at the 81st Kansas FFA Convention on May 28 in Manhattan. Awards were announced for 41 categories.
