Jennys Brook has features that make it inspiring

Adding special touches to a home such as rock cornices, decorative railings on the covered porch, extended rooflines, and even the shape of the porch pillars can add eye appeal to that home. The Jennys Brook (D8016) has all these features outside and many more great features inside.

The entry foyer faces the great room with the open dining room on the left. The dining room has 9-foot ceilings and large windows overlooking the front yard. The master suite is large with windows overlooking the backyard. The master bath is designed slightly different from most master baths. It has "his and her" sinks with an oversized tub and shower in one area, with toilet totally separate, as is the walk-in closet.

Adjacent to the master suite is the utility room. It has a door that opens into the two-car garage, making it easy for unloading groceries.
