Gering's features make it admirable

If you have a hillside lot in mind and are looking for a unique split-level house plan, the well-designed Gering (334-110) should be to your liking. From the stately brick and siding exterior to the economical interior arrangement, the 2473 square foot Gering is indeed admirable.

Lots of good times can be had here. Just put in a pool table, ping-pong table or a big screen television. There is also room for a wet bar.
