Frosty could fit just about anywhere
Snuggled deep in the trees, or out on an open prairie, the Frosty (500-08) is a regal country farmhouse. It is a two-story home with numerous windows and large wrap-around covered porch. It has a three-car garage that adds to its appeal. The vaulted entry has the formal living room on the left and a circular staircase on the right. The living room has four large windows that bathe the room in light as well as a fireplace to provide heat and ambiance during those dark winter months. Through an archway is the formal dining room, again with four large windows facing the side of the yard. The "L" shaped kitchen runs along the left wall with the bayed nook in the rear. The kitchen is very open with an island in the middle that has the range/oven and an eating bar. A Lazy Susan is in the corner of the counter for ease of reaching items in that out-of-the-way area. The kitchen faces the large vaulted family room. French doors open off the family room to the deck in the rear. In the center of the Frosty is a walk-in pantry and the utility room. A washer/dryer is located on one wall with the laundry chute from upstairs on the other. On the opposite side of this area towards the entry is a half bath and a closet containing the forced air unit. An enormous master suite completes the right side of this beautiful home. The main suite is vaulted and also has French doors opening to the deck. A large walk-in closet is across from the sink/vanity area. The master bath has an oversized tub and a custom shower as well as another sink. Upstairs are three large vaulted bedrooms and a full bath with a tub and the laundry chute. Each bedroom has a long wall closet, and three windows that brighten the rooms with light. There is a large linen closet next to the bathroom.
