Cogswell's design helps it fit sloping lots
The Cogswell (401-57), an average sized home at 1,914 square feet is designed for a rear sloping lot. Keeping the master bedroom on the main floor was achieved, allowing privacy from the other two remaining bedrooms. The master suite has a large bathroom with an oversized shower and a walk-in closet. People who enjoy the warmth and colorful flames of a wood fire will love the see-through fireplace, equally visible from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Ceramic tile, which wraps around the hearth, serves as spark-proof flooring while visually unifying the group living area. The same tile covers the entryway moisture-proof qualities will come into play in these heavy traffic zones.
