Two-story Bonnie has a number of special touchesThe Bonnie (407-26) has a unique look. It has the look of a two-story home, when in reality; the lower level is a daylight basement. There are large windows that are ideally located across the face of the home, bathing the home in sunlight and making the facade eye-catching. The entry to the Bonnie is a split-level entry. You go up to a foyer that has stairs up the main level and down to the basement level. A coat closet is in the foyer ideal for guests and occupants alike. The living room and dining room are at the head of the stairs. Combined, they form a large, spacious room. In the left rear is the kitchen. It has an eating bar at the end, a corner walk-in pantry, and long open counter space all around. Windows at the end of the room as well as over the sink allow the cook to look out at the yard as well as have ample light to enjoy. The right side of the main floor is the master suite. An open den just outside the French doors to the master suite could be used as a private sitting room or even an office if needed. A half bath is across the hall. Each has large windows and wall closets. The final unique touch to this home is the two-car garage, which is on the basement level. They are on the left side of the home.
