Simplistic Chase fits unusual lots
The Chase (502-03) is narrow and long and ideal for a corner lot where the driveway to the garage is on the side street. This home has many amenities of a larger home and yet is laid out in an open manner. The exterior is very plain and yet has great eye appeal from the street. It has a covered porch across the right side and large windows that accent the facade. Its main uniqueness is the lack of a prominent garage out front. The entry in the Chase is directly into a large spacious living room. It has the option of being vaulted to make the room seem even more open. A large window overlooks the front yard. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room and the kitchen. The dining room has beautiful French doors that open onto a side deck or patio. It also can be vaulted, adding height and depth.
