Classic appeal of Burton Place makes it fit anywhere

The classic farmhouse look of the Burton Place (D8030) would work well is both the city and rural settings. It has a large dormer as well as an abbreviated wrap-around porch that enhances the eye appeal of this four-bedroom home.

The entry of the Burton Place is open and has a large closet on the left and a formal dining area on the right. Large windows bathe the room with light. Stairs to the second floor and the unfinished 925 square foot basement separate the entry from the large family room.

The family room is very spacious and open to the kitchen area with the exception of a petition in the center that separates the rooms. There are three large windows facing the backyard and a fireplace on the left outside wall.

The nook has a patio door in the center of the bay windows. This is ideal for those barbecues in the backyard on the lazy afternoons. The "L" shaped kitchen has an island in the middle and a good-sized counter space. At the end of the counter is the utility room with a washer and dryer. Adjacent is a half bath and door to the two-car garage.

Four bedrooms are upstairs. The entire right side is the master suite and bathroom. There is a corner walk-in closet on the upper left as well as a long walk-in closet adjacent to the master bath. The master bath features "his and her" sinks, a tub, and a shower and stool separated from the rest of the bathroom with a door.

Bedrooms three and four both have wall closets and large windows in the end of the room. Between bedroom four and the master suite is another bathroom with a single sink and tub. Bedroom two is on the front of the home and has a large dormer styled window overlooking the street. It has a wall closet also. Just outside the door to this bedroom is a linen closet.
