USU wins grant to study sheep genome

County Line Critters LOGAN, Utah (AP)--A Utah State University administrator has won nearly $1 million in federal funding to continue research on the sheep genome, which could eventually help breed better animals. Scrapie rule aims to protect state herds

Colorado The Colorado Department of Agriculture reminds Colorado producers to tag and identify their sheep and goats for scrapie prior to a change of ownership or going to a livestock show.
