AIR DIFFUSER—Air-O-Lator introduces the Deep Aire bottom mounted air diffuser, which creates a healthy pond by taking oxygen to the pond’s lowest depth. Diffused aeration systems are ideal for ponds deeper than 10 feet. The Deep Aire diffused aeration system uses an air compressor, located on the shore, to deliver oxygen through a hose to a special diffuser lying on the pond bottom. Depending on the body of water depth and shape, various motors and models are available. A deluxe kit includes a lockable cabinet with electrical box/outlet, shock mounts, pressure gauge and a cooling fan. Any Air-O-Lator floating fountain or surface aerator can be used with the Deep Aire aerator. For more information, call 800-821-3177, or visit www.airolator.com.

Centrifuge separates solids from liquids

The Magnum CFC 1000 Centrifuge is a high quality unit engineered for super efficient separation of solids from liquids. The rotating stainless steel bowl is dynamically balanced for extra smooth operation, encased by heavy machined cast bowl and lid including 4-point dampeners for vibration isolation. The unit has an electrical enclosure that contains the cycle times and motor drive control.

The unit is self cleaning, meaning the unit can virtually run unattended for days with no problem.

The simple dial type timer allows one to very simply set the time to activate the clean cycle and the duration. Generally the clean cycle duration is only 1 to 3 seconds and is done while the unit is running.

The Magnum CFC 1000 will generate up to 3,000 times gravity by use of a 1 HP 4,000 RPM 220 volt motor. Flow rates are up to 1,270 GPH and all depend on liquid viscosity, temperature and percentage of solids.

The Magnum CFC 1000 Centrifuge is able to separate solids from industrial oils, waste vegetable oil, emulsions, solvents and many other industrial processes.

Typical Flow Rates are: Waste water at 1,000 GPH; waste vegetable oil at 80 to 400 GPH; grape juice/wine at 1,000 GPH; grinding coolant at 1,000 GPH; and engine oil at 80 GPH.

New line of plant nutrients receives approval

Monty's Plant Food Company, recently received trademark privileges from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for Agrihance.

Agrihance, a line of nutrient management products, was introduced by Monty's last fall. The program features three products--Agrihance-S, -V and -R--to promote growth from planting to harvest during key growth stages.

"Agrihance is already proving to be very popular among our farmers and dealers," said Dennis Stephens, president, Monty's Plant Food Company. "It works on most crops, is easy to use and the name makes it easy to remember."

Agrihance-S is a seed starter that is designed to create the environment for rapid germination, seedling vigor, root development and stamina. Agrihance-V is a foliar plant food designed to deliver readily available nutrients to your crop during the vegetative stage to increase vegetative growth and yield. Agrihance-V may also assist during stress periods increasing opportunities for maximized yields. Agrihance-R is also a foliar plant food. It is designed to deliver nutrients to improve the maturation process during the reproductive stage, develop and maintain blooms, increase fruit set and grain development.

All Agrihance products offer Monty's signature Tank-Mix Flexibility and are compatible with most agricultural products, such as micronutrients, adjuvants, herbicides, pesticides and fungicides, for maximum crop management.
