Exterior makes Westcreek Court one-of-a-kind

A number of different exterior finishes has given the Westcreek Court (D9225) a unique look. There is vertical siding as well as horizontal, accented by rock and shingles. The facade is interesting and very attractive from the street. There is a covered porch with railings and pillars. The two-car garage has rock cornices, which adds a visual appeal.

The entry to the Westcreek Court faces the great room in the rear and has the master suite on the right. The great room of this interesting home is quite large and open. There is a corner wood stove, and two large windows across the rear. The breakfast nook is in the left rear corner and is accented by a cathedral ceiling. Sliding doors open onto an optional deck in the rear.

Down the entire length of the left wall is cabinets and counter space. A recycle area is adjacent to the nook. The sink and eating bar angle out like a finger, facing the great room. This kitchen is loaded with storage and openness. Beyond the kitchen towards the garage are the utility room and a pantry. The door to the garage opens between these two areas. Stairs to the optional basement is between the pantry and the sink area.

The right side of the Westcreek Court is a huge master suite. The main suite has a 10-foot coffered ceiling and windows on two sides. The master bath has an oversized tub with "his and her" sinks opposite. Proceeding further is a shower on the right and a private stool, and a "humungous" walk in closet with a window in the end.

To the left of the entry are a half bath and a closet. Stairs to the second floor are opposite the master suite. Two more bedrooms are upstairs with a full bath. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have 10-foot ceilings, long wall closets and large windows in the end of each room. The bath has dual sinks in one part and the stool and tub behind another door.
