Weith ideal for starter home or empty nesters

The Weith (405-52) is ideal for the young couple just married and looking for the starter home or for the empty nesters who wish to size down from the large family home to a smaller, more economical home. The Weith is 1,475 square feet, and is designed for a narrow lot.

The Weith has a front two-car garage. All corners of this home have the "rounded" look, making it slightly different from than the traditional home. The entry is set back on the face of the home. Once you enter, there is a spacious appearance with all the open rooms available to the family. A basement stairwell is located near the entry, for those who need the extra space.

The kitchen is to the right of the entry. The cabinets curve around the wall with a window over the sink that looks out past the porch to the front yard. The eating bar extends into the great room from the utility room, located in the front corner of the home. The utility room has a folding area, along with space for a freezer. It also has access to the garage.

This great room is very open and immense with a fireplace and numerous skylights. There are also four windows spaced along the back wall, allowing an abundance of sunlight to cheer this large room. Between the great room and the master suite is a garden room.

The master suite also has two windows and two skylights. The bath is divided in such a manner that the sink is located in the main suite area while the shower and toilet are in the bathroom area. The walk-in closet is very large and open.

The second bedroom has a long wall closet that has two sets of folding doors. The room is a good size with a large window facing the front of the home. The extra bath is across the hall with doors from the garden room and the hall. There is a large storage closet in the hall for linen.
