Uniquely designed Watson full of space

The Watson (406-07) is a duplex, but it is uniquely designed. It has colonial columns, with a porch on the second level.

The Watson has a communal gathering room of 1,810 square feet. This area has been designed with a wet bar for use by all parties in the home. There is also a loft area over the communal gathering room with two guest suites, opening onto the porch area, a bath, and an attic/storage area.

To the left of this unique area is a full home with a den, kitchen and nook area, a vaulted living room, a workroom, utility, and a master suite. The entire area of Unit 1 is 2,166 square feet, which includes many amenities. The kitchen has a pantry and three skylights. These extend into the vaulted nook, which has a built-in hutch. In the living room, there is a gas fireplace with shelves running along the walls on each side. The bay window faces the front the home.

A large workroom has been designed that could act as an additional bedroom, if needed. It opens into the utility room with a pocket door. The master suite was designed with comfort in mind. There is a vanity table, twin sinks, and an immense walk-in closet.

Both units have a three-car garage, one with a shop area, and one with a dog shower, and both with attics overhead.

Unit 2 of this extraordinary home is to the right of the gathering room. It is designed very much like Unit 1. However, the pantry is located in a different area, the kitchen is shaped slightly different, and the living room is larger, eliminating the workroom, and adding stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and loft which are located above the master bedroom.
