Sunset has space for everyone

The 2,492 square foot Sunset (402-35) is a two-story home ideally suited to empty nesters and families with teen or college age children.

The lower level, which may be closed off when not in use, can house older children that desire a certain amount of privacy, or serve as an apartment for elderly parents. This arrangement allows space for everyone, while still sharing the family setting. Two good-sized bedrooms are available on this level. Each has plenty of closet space, with windows on two sides. They share a full bathroom and linen storage. A large family room dominates this floor. Put in a big screen television and a ping-pong table for hours of fun. A covered patio is nearby for use in warmer weather. A huge utility room, with washer/dryer, fold down ironing board, and built-in sewing table complete the lower level.

Take the stairs up to the main floor and view a master suite that is sure to please. Along with a roomy sleeping area, the master suite amenities include a large bay window, spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and two separate vanities. Another half-bath is in the adjacent hallway.

The vaulted, walk-through kitchen is the focal point of the main floor. A cook top, located in the middle of the kitchen, allows meals to be prepared with ease and served formally in the vaulted dining room, or for a more casual atmosphere use the eating bar or the vaulted breakfast nook. A walk-in pantry holds all your canned goods.

Family and friends can gather for pleasant conversation in the vaulted living room. Here the corner woodstove keeps everyone warm and cozy. A large covered deck is easily accessible for those enjoying the out-of-doors.

Along with the two-car garage, there is 84 square feet of extra storage space handy in the attic.
