Skymeadow's features make it beautiful

A gorgeous wrap-around porch with posts and railings, arched windows, and a brick and wood facade combine to enhance the beauty of the Skymeadow (501-09). The garage further adds to the look from street by being side entrance rather than having the doors face the street.

The front porch not only has an entry door into the home but also has a door going into the garage. The front door brings visitors into a large family/dining room area. It is very open with a gas fireplace on the right wall. Adjacent to the fireplace is an entertainment center, centrally located for use in the family room. The vaulted dining room has three windows that face a covered porch in the rear.

The kitchen and the vaulted nook are close together. The nook has patio doors opening onto the skylit rear enclosed covered deck. The kitchen forms a "V" with sinks in the rear, a pantry on the front corner, and a center island with the cook top and an eating bar.

Off the family room is an office/library with French doors, a built-in desk and many shelves. In a small alcove adjacent is a half bath, convenient for use by clients if needed. Next to this is the utility room with a fold down ironing board and stairs that go to the optional 178 square foot loft or storage area.

Two bedrooms are on this side of the home. They each have large walk-in closets and separate half baths with a shared tub. Both rooms have patio doors opening onto a covered deck.

The right rear of the home is the master suite with its master bath and walk-in closet with a linen storage closet. The main suite has two skylights and French doors opening onto the rear deck. There is also a door that opens onto the side porch. The master bath has "his and her" sinks with a shower and an oversized tub. A skylight has been added to bathe the room in sunlight.

The front of this area is a living/sun room that is vaulted and has four large skylights. There are windows all around and would be ideal to add a spa if desired. There is a door through the master bath into the master suite and French doors opening into the family room.
