Shayna has unique features

The Shayna (408-14) is a large three-car garage home that fits on a sloping lot. This unique home has three dormers across the room, adding natural light into the bedrooms and living room. The garage is located beneath the main home with a bonus attic over the third garage area. A sweeping walkway up to the front porch adds style to this great home.

There is a covered porch across the face of the Shayna. Once inside the vaulted entry, the center of the home is a huge open living/dining room. On the right side of this area is the master suite. French doors open onto the rear deck, while the bathroom and closet act as a sound barrier from street noise. An oversized tub with a separate oversized shower covers one end, with a huge walk-in closet in the center.

Off to the left of the entry is a swing room, which can be used for any purpose imaginable. It has a full bath behind a pocket door, which opens into the utility room. A built-in ironing board drops down from the wall.

The rest of the main floor is the family room, nook, and kitchen. The corner kitchen is open to the whole area, so Mom is included in the family exchanges. The nook has patio doors and the family room has French doors, both opening onto the rear deck.

The upstairs contains three bedrooms and two baths. Bedroom two could be used as a guest room as it has its own private bathroom. Bedroom three runs along the back of the home, with a walk-in closet and single sink. Bedroom four is in the rear corner with a slightly larger walk-in closet and sink. Both bedrooms share the balance of a bathroom.
