Sandstorm has a lot to offer

Brick with wood siding accents the Sandstorm (408-13) along with the three gables over the entry. This home is unique with the garage doors facing the rear. The columns on the front and stairs on three sides compliment the square covered porch.

Once inside the 2,283 square foot Sandstorm, the home opens up as one large great room. The dining room is on the left with a hardwood floor, while the family room is on the right. A fan-shaped hearth with a corner fireplace generates warmth throughout the room. Skylights bathe the room with extra sunlight, as does the window beside the fireplace and the patio doors that lead to the rear deck.

The rear kitchen has many amenities to make it pleasant to use. There is a center island with an eating bar, range and oven, and has a hanging pot rack overhead. The microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator are integrated into the cabinets and counter in a half circle. The sink faces the back yard and has a garden window ideal for growing plants or herbs.

Directly to the right of the entry is an office/den. It has a wall closet that could be used for storage or the entire room could be used as a guest room. Stairs to the optional unfinished basement containing 2,257 square feet is between the master suite and the office/den.

The master suite occupies the right side of the Sandstorm. It has a large walk-in closet and the deluxe master bath in the front. An oversized shower, a spa tub, "his and her" sinks, and a linen closet are separated from the stool by a pocket door. Outside is an optional hot tub with bench seating.

On the opposite side of this fabulous home are the other two bedrooms and the utility room. Off bedroom three is a half bath while bedroom two is adjacent to a full bath. The corner utility contains an ironing board, sink, freezer, and washer/dryer. There are two doors; one to the rear deck and the other is into the two-car garage. The garage has a workbench that runs the full length of the interior wall.
