Noble Card has classic looks

Accented by a wrap around porch, the Noble Card (405-32) has the classic look of a rambler. The large garage has a workshop to the side with a long corner workbench, ideal for the man who likes to work around the home.

Two skylights bathe the entry to this spacious 2,508 square foot home. Once inside, the foyer is vaulted. To the right of the entry are two bedrooms. Each has a wall closet and large windows overlooking the front porch. Across the hall is a full bath with a tub.

Separating the two bedrooms from the master suite is a large family room. A side door off the family room opens onto the wrap around porch. The right rear corner is the master suite. It is vaulted and has two skylights. There is a bay windowed area with a door opening onto the rear deck. The master bath has an oversized tub. Between the main suite and the bath is a large walk-in closet.

Vaulted ceilings provide a large, open feel to the living and dining rooms. A wood stove provides heat for those days that are cold and wintry. In the center of the rear wall are French doors, surrounded on both sides by large windows.

The elongated kitchen has a walk-in pantry on one end with the nook on the other. Large windows brighten the area making those morning coffee breaks a pleasure. A door opens onto the rear deck, convenient for barbecues and Sunday lunches.

A large utility with a sink is located between the kitchen and the garage. Stairs to an optional basement are in this area also. If no basement is needed, this area could be storage or another half bath.

The Noble Card is ideal for those families with young children as the bedrooms are close together, yet separated by the family room.
