Special features make Maryn eye-appealing

A three-car garage, rock trim, dormer over the entry, and a covered porch across the face form the beautiful facade of the Maryn (501-20). The unique shapes of the numerous windows also add to the eye appeal for this great home. With 3,162 square feet of spacious living inside, the Maryn is ideal for a large family.

Double doors open into a foyer, which faces the coffered living room. To the left of the front doors is the "L" shaped kitchen. A curved island containing a vegetable sink, cook top, and an eating bar is in the center while around the wall are the built-in ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dual sinks with a large garden window over. A large walk-in pantry is across from the island.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a large nook with a coffered ceiling. The bayed windows bathe the room in sunlight, ideal for those early morning breakfasts or coffee klatches. Convenient to the garage as well as the family area is a full bath with a shower. Stairs down to the unfinished basement of 3,036 square feet are across the hall.

The family room, dining room, living room and the office also all have coffered ceilings. The family room, as well as the dining room, has French doors opening onto the elongated deck in the rear. In the rear corner of the family room is a wood stove with a wood box opening onto a platform for the stairs for easy loading.

Separating the living room from the dining room and the entry are beautiful archways. These provide a definition of space while giving the impression of openness. A gas fireplace surrounded by windows is on the rear wall of the living room.

The right side of the Maryn contains the bedrooms and an office. Two bedrooms face the street, each having long wall closets. They share a bathroom next to bedroom three. Behind a pocket door is the utility room, ideally located for the bedrooms. The office could also be used as another bedroom.

The master suite is large with a window seat facing the rear, a long walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom. An oversized tub, a shower, dual sinks plus a private toilet make up a dream bathroom.
