Compact Marvin Gardens has clean look

Looking for a compact tri-plex to fit on a specific lot? The Marvin Gardens (408-08) has the three units with two bedrooms, two-story, with a single car garage in the front. It has a great exterior facade that gives this unique living facility a clean look.

Each unit in the tri-plex has the entry on the side, coming into the apartment facing the stairs to the second floor. The two outside units have the doors on the left while the center unit has the door on the right side.

The kitchen is located to the opposite side of the entry, with a closet down one side. There is an eating bar between the kitchen and the living/dining rooms, with the washer and dryer tucked back in the corner, next to the door to the garage.

Beyond the stairwell is a half bath. The living/dining rooms in the outside units have a side patio door that leads to a diminutive concrete patio. The center unit is slightly different in that it has the doors to the rear, opening onto a rear concrete patio.

Upstairs, the master suite is in the rear with the second bedroom in the front. The master suite has two wall closets, end-to-end for ease of use. The suite is slightly larger than the other bedroom, which has a walk-in closet in the front corner. Between the two bedrooms is a full bath with a single sink and a tub.

Overall, this unit would be ideal as part of a larger complex. The units could be situated side-by-side or back-to-back with only the yards in-between. Because of their compact nature, they are ideal for those difficult lots.
