Traditional Martin has a lot to offer

The Martin (406-29) is a traditional ranch-styled home with the covered porch. The garage faces the front of the home and has room for three cars. There is a recycle center next to the back door.

The Martin can be a single-story home with 2,370 square feet or can have the optional basement added underneath for an additional 2,247 square feet of living space. The basement contains a good-sized guest suite with a large wall closet. Next to this suite is a full bath with a shower and two sinks, and on the wall facing the gigantic recreation room is a fireplace. The recreation room could be divided up to contain an exercise area, a video area, an entertainment theater area, or any other use the imagination can come up with.

The vaulted formal living room is pie shaped, open to the main vaulted family room. The divider between the two is the stairs to the basement. There are four skylights across the family room to give more natural light within. The fireplace is on the outside wall of the master suite with shelves on either side.

The L-shaped kitchen has an eating bar that faces the nook area along with another L-shaped area that contains the range and counter space. The walk-in pantry is across the hall, near the opening to the dining area.

The Martin was designed with two bedrooms on one side and the master suite on the other. Bedrooms two and three have wall closets, extra linen closets in the hallway area, and a shared bathroom. Across the hall is the utility room. There is a sink with a full-wall length of counter space for folding clothes. It opens into the garage.

The master suite is vaulted and very open. The large walk-in closet is across from the main suite door for ease of putting clean clothes away. The bathroom has a spa with a skylight overhead, and an oversized shower. There are two sinks with a pocket door for privacy between.
