Gracious looking Lorane has many extras

The Victorian bay windowed rooms combined with a more traditional ranch style forms the exterior of the gracious looking Lorane (406-61). This two-story home contains 2,765 square feet and many extras such as a covered porch area with classic railing and a dog shower in the garage. The two-car garage has the possibility of an unfinished attic above.

The vaulted entry has stairs on the right, and the bay living room on the left. The wall between the living and dining area contains frosted or stained glass that reflects the abundance of light from the numerous windows, making a beautiful showcase of glitter. The dining room also contains bay windows. Once through the archway, the fireplace and skylights in the vaulted family room becomes visible.

Beyond the dividing wall, the nook area displays a bay window and is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is L-shaped with the cooktop on an island with the eating bar. There are a number of storage cabinets along with a large pantry near the stairs. The half bath is located near the pantry and close to the hobby room. This room was designed for the person who does arts and crafts, sewing, or even computers. It opens into the garage and allows easy access to the pantry for unloading groceries.

The den is close to the entry and has a bay window that overlooks the covered porch area. Between the den and the hobby room is the utility room with sink, storage shelves, and a folding table.

The upstairs is dedicated to the bedrooms.

The master suite is on the left and the other two bedrooms with a bath are on the right. The rooms are designed to use the space to the best advantage with a corner closet and an inset closet. The full bath between these two bedrooms contains a tub. An access door to the attic above the garage is off this room. The large master suite has a door that opens to an outside deck. The bath has a full walk-in shower with one sink in the bath and one in the suite. Both bathrooms on this floor have their own linen cabinets.
