Law ideal for corner lot

Some pieces of land require a specially designed home. The Law (405-13) has been created to be accessed from the side of the property. Containing 2,350 square feet, this would be ideal for a corner lot.

The front of the home has the ranch style covered porch that runs the width of the home. The entry is a room that could contain an armoire for the coats. The door from this room leads you directly into the living room.

The living room and the dining room are one large room with a number of windows. A wall in the middle of the area divides the living/dining rooms from the family room.

Off the dining area is the kitchen. The appliances are located around the wall, and there are numerous windows to allow the sunlight to shine in. Off the kitchen is a walk-in pantry, along with the utility room. There is a half bath in this area, containing a toilet and a sink. The utility has a full linen closet, washer/dryer, sink, and a large area to fold clothes. There is a door that opens out into the garage from this room.

The entire left side of the home is dedicated to bedrooms. Bedrooms two and three are separated by a large bathroom, with a tub, sink, and toilet. Bedroom two has the potential to be a guest suite, with a large corner walk-in closet and its own private linen/storage closet. Outside the bathroom is linen closet for bedroom three, which has been designed larger than a traditional bedroom.

The master suite has large walk-in closet that is shaped for easy access and excellent use of space. The bathroom has a storage/linen area, along with a sink, tub, and toilet. A vanity table has been included for the lady of the home.

Throughout the home are numerous windows that give the home plenty of sunlight. The rear of the home is shaped like a "U." The area between the two car garage and the bedrooms would be ideal for a patio, flower garden, deck, or play area for the kids. It could be covered or left open.
