Klamath attractive inside and out

The Klamath (408-11) has an attractive facade of brick and stucco with column accents that makes the home stand out in eye appeal. The rooflines and the large windows have been used as decorative accents. The main floor square footage on this elaborate home is 2,876, but there is a large unfinished basement with 2,957 square feet that could be developed later if needed.

Double French doors open into an open entry with a den/office on the left and a formal dining room on the right. The den/office is ideally located for privacy. The formal dining room has a 10-foot coffered ceiling with a wall-length built-in hutch, ideal for displaying beautiful china and stemware.

Two decorative columns divide the entry from the living room. It also has a 10-foot coffered ceiling with a large entertainment center in the front corner and a gas fireplace on the left side. Built-in shelves surround the fireplace. Large patio doors open onto a covered deck in the rear. The nook to the right has windows surrounding the room providing great light and warmth.

The kitchen is large with great counter space. There is a huge corner pantry behind double doors. An eating bar runs completely across the face of the center counter area.

The master suite is on the left, running the full depth of the home. The main suite area is in the rear with an entertainment center on the right wall. Doors open to the back of the center through a storage closet adjacent. Separating the suite from the bath is an enormous walk-in closet and a smaller wall closet. The master bath has an oversized shower, spa tub, individual "his and her" sinks, and a private stool area.

The two bedrooms on the other side of the home are separated by a full bath with a tub. A sewing/utility room is at the end of this hall with a sewing counter, storage, and a built-in ironing board. A door to the two-car garage is next to the stairwell to the basement.
