Klamath attractive inside and out

The Klamath (408-11) has an attractive facade of brick and stucco with column accents that makes the home stand out in eye appeal. The rooflines and the large windows have been used as decorative accents. The main floor square footage on this elaborate home is 2,876, but there is a large unfinished basement with 2,957 square feet that could be developed later if needed.

Double French doors open into an open entry with a den/office on the left and a formal dining room on the right. The den/office is ideally located for privacy.
