Honeycomb has wonderful views

The Honeycomb (107-32) is a delightful and cozy cottage for seaside, mountain or valley property. It nestles easily into its natural surroundings and is therefore an ideal leisure home for use as a vacation cabin, retirement home, or residence for a small family.

The unique eight-sided structure allows a complete 360-degree view of the majestic countryside or shore property. It has a deck set up on posts around five of those eight sides. All of these distinctive features make the Honeycomb stand out. Enjoyment of the outdoors while providing a cozy retreat from its rigors is the main theme of the livable Honeycomb.

Inside the many-sided home, through the sliding glass doors from the deck, is the large, light-filled living room with quite a panoramic view. Centrally located in this area is a masonry fireplace ideal for friends and family to gather after skiing, fishing, or just visiting, bathing this unique home in warmth.

Adjacent to the 308 square foot living area is the convenient and efficient kitchen whose small work triangle between sink, refrigerator, and range saves steps as well as time. Next to the kitchen is the family-sized bathroom, which boasts of a trapezoidal shower and plenty of floor space.

The main bedroom is located next to the bathroom and is comfortable in size, unique in shape, and offers a large wall closet. The second bedroom, while slightly smaller than the main bedroom, holds its own with a unique shape and a good-sized wall closet. The panoramic view floods both bedrooms through the large windows strategically placed.

The Honeycomb is a cozy, multi-roomed cottage, as its name suggests. The efficient use of its space makes it quite comfortable for those who love the outdoors.
