Exterior elegance sets Hare apart

The Hare (406-12) was designed with a certain flair for elegance on the exterior and comfort with usable space on the inside. The porch area has high pillars that form the raised roofline and give the entrance the look of a colonial southern home. The garage area extends to the front with a side .

The interior of the Hare is 1,620 square feet, ideal for a family with children or the couple whose children have left the home. There is an entry area with a bench for taking off wet coats or muddy boots. Once inside the home, the area is open and visitors look directly into the Great Room. This is expansive for the family to enjoy. It combines the family room, dining room, and the living room into one large area. There is a fireplace in the corner, and French doors that open onto a covered deck area in the rear.

The kitchen, large and spacious, would accommodate more than one cook at a time and still allow easy preparation of the meal. It is one of those rooms that has numerous cabinets, large counter space, and an eating bar for informal eating. The pantry is angular, allowing more than ample storage area and ease of entry.

Directly off the kitchen is the utility room. It has cabinets and a folding counter. For convenience, the linen closet cabinets and folding counter. For convenience, the linen closet has been placed on the opposite wall, excellently located for putting away clean linen and getting out linen for the bedrooms.

The two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home from the master suite. They both are bright and spacious with large wall closets and each have access to full bath. There is also a small linen closet in between the two rooms for towel and sheet storage.

The master suite, located to the right of the entry, has a walk-in closet and a full bath. The window, which looks out the front of the home, supplies the room with plenty of light.

The Hare is a great beginning or ending home. It has many amenities that lend themselves to new families or empty nesters.
