Freedom has old fashioned features

The charm of the 1,952 square foot Freedom (404-02) is evident at first glance. An old fashioned covered porch, with skylights and railing to the front, along with a beautiful wood and brick exterior create a homey atmosphere that is sure to attract appreciative glances. Walk up the steps into the vaulted entry and discover a floor design that makes very effective use of the available space.

The hallway, to the left of the entry, leads you to an exquisite master suite that projects outward from the rest of the house, giving you a full view of the surrounding area and an assurance of privacy. Amenities here include a private skylit bathroom and a huge walk-in closet.

Directly across the hall are two identical bedrooms that are situated where anxious parents can easily check on small children. Each has generous closet space and a view window. Another full, skylit bathroom, with linen storage, is in the hallway.

The living room and dining room, both with vaulted ceilings, occupy the center of the floor plan. The living room has a built-in corner wood stove to keep you and your guests nice and cozy as you enjoy good company and discuss the events of the day. The dining room is located adjacent to the kitchen, a fact that is sure to please the cook in the family. The large, walk-in kitchen features a step-in pantry and a convenient eating bar, perfect for informal meals.

The remainder of this design incorporates a small home office, with a built-in desk, and a handy utility room located near the door to the two-car garage. This permits soiled shoes and clothing to be dropped off here before entering the main part of the home. Groceries can be carried directly into the kitchen from the car.
