Traditional Flynt reminds of yesteryear

The Flynt (G10-663) has a traditional look of the farmhouse with its two-stories, the large front porch, and the double chimneys. However, it has features unique to present such as a large bay window, rear garage, and the many extra features inside.

The main floor of the Flynt has 2,310 square feet great living space. The entry has a 10-foot ceiling and opens into the dining room on the right and the living room on the left. The dining room also has a 10-foot ceiling, long windows in the front, and swinging doors into the kitchen.

The U-shaped kitchen is tucked into a corner area with all the amenities conveniently placed. Adjacent to the swinging doors is a large walk-in pantry and a wet bar open to the family room. The nook has large windows and a door that opens onto a patio.

The spacious vaulted family room has a large hearth for a wood stove. Windows line one wall, overlooking a patio and the backyard. To the right of the family room is the dream of some women, a sewing room with cutting and layout counter built-in. Beyond it is the utility with a freezer in a corner area. The two-car garage is a great size and has two large doors in the rear.

The living room, bathing in light from the large bay windows, also has a wood stove. Past the circular staircase are a gallery and a study, lined with shelves and cabinets. Two French doors open off this area into a large patio and the backyard.

The left side of the Flynt is entirely the master suite. The main suite area has a 9-foot ceiling and large windows that allow the sun to warm the room. The master bath is behind swinging doors and has an oversized shower, sunken tub, “his and her” sinks as well as a vanity. In the front corner is a large walk-in closet with a window in the end to shed light on the area. Between the bathroom and closet is a linen closet.

Upstairs, with 866 square feet, has two bedrooms, each with their own private baths, 10-foot ceilings, and a shared sitting room. Bedroom two has a long window seat, walk-in closet and tub. Bedroom three has a regular wall closet but also has a tub. The sitting room has a long built-in cabinet and a closet.
