Entertainer features private, protected entrance

Ideal for the property with a view, the Entertainer (405-03) is a five-sided home with large windows facing the rear on three of the sides. It has a beautiful courtyard in the front, with a ramp for handicap access. With the shape of this unique home, the entry is protected and private.

The tiled entry opens facing the vaulted living room. As a pivotal center point, the fireplace is at the center of the large open room with brick on the back and tile on the front. There is a large shelf over the fireplace, ideal for displaying those wonderful artifacts. A bookshelf acts as a room divider on the left and a built-in china cabinet on the right.

The open vaulted dining room and vaulted recreation room surround the kitchen. An island with the ovens, microwave, range, eating bar, and bookshelves separate the kitchen from the rest of the room. A bright garden window is over the sink, great for growing those herbs and spices for use in cooking. For ease of use, a raised dishwasher is next to the sink.

Across from each other are a large walk-in pantry and the spacious utility room. The utility room also contains the freezer. At the end of this wing of the 2,375 square foot Entertainer is the master suite. It actually has three closets, two wall units and large corner walk-in. Sliding doors open onto the back deck and an optional spa.

The opposite side of the Entertainer has a study with a wall closet and a big window. Across the hall is a full bath with a tub. The balance of this wing is a guest suite with sliding doors to the back deck and corner windows.

Between the bathroom and the guest suite is a mechanical closet behind sliding doors and a door to the two-car garage.
