Contemporary lines make Dawn stand out

Contemporary in looks, the Dawn (501-15) has a covered porch, varied rooflines, and large paned windows that enhance the facade. The two-car garage is on the left and has a separate roofline of its own.

Entry into the 1,919 square foot Dawn has the living room on the right. It is vaulted, has a large window overlooking the front yard, and is very spacious. A doorway in the rear of the living room opens into the vaulted dining room and the kitchen.

The dining room is very large and the vault is located in the center to add a pleasing look to the room. Sliding glass doors open onto the patio. The kitchen on the left is an "L" shape with an island containing the range and oven and cabinets. A dishwasher, dual sink, lazy Susan in the corner, and the refrigerator run in this "L." At the end is a walk-in pantry as well as a cabinet accessible to the pantry from the kitchen. A storage closet and the utility room are in this hall area.

To the far left is the master suite with a coffered vault ceiling. Between the main suite and the garage is every woman's dream of a walk-in closet. It is enormous. There is an area that could be an optional entertainment center if desired. The master bath has "his and her" sinks and an oversized shower.

On the opposite side of the home are the other two bedrooms. Bedroom two faces the front of the home and has a wall closet. Between the two bedrooms is a full bath with a tub. Bedroom three has an extra long wall closet on the front wall and a window seat in the rear overlooking the back yard.

This beautiful home would be ideal for the empty nesters. The master suite is so large that it would be wonderful to enjoy the space. The rest of the home is very open and easily accessible. With the bedrooms on the opposite side of the home, there is privacy when the kids or grandkids come to visit.
