Side sloping lots fit Curt

At 3,572 square feet, the Curt (405-10) fits ideally on a side sloping lot. There is a covered porch and a three-car garage, both facing the front of the property, which gives the home a ranch-style look.

Entering the home across the porch area brings you into an open and airy entry with a parlor on the right, the dining room to the left, and stairs to the basement in the center. Facing the family room is the wood stove. For convenience to the stairs for breakfast nook implies an openness of a great room.

The kitchen is nicely arranged with appliances around a corner sink. The range and eating bar are together on an island. The walk-in pantry is large with a recessed area at the rear for cookbooks, fills a corner of the kitchen. The utility room is next to the kitchen with the washer, dryer, freezer, sink, cabinets, and a large folding area for clothes. Storage of linen, towels, or supplies is easy in the spare closet. The extra bathroom, handy to the garage and main floor, has been placed here also.

The master suite is located at the rear of the home on the main floor. It has a large walk-in closet, a personalized bathroom containing two sinks, a separate shower, and a tub.

The downstairs was designed with teenagers in mind. There are two bedrooms located side-by-side, each with full bathrooms. There is a large storage room next door. Convenient to the stairs and the bedrooms is a large recreation room with its own washer and dryer along with a walk-in storage closet.

One last room that is a great addition to the downstairs is the office-den area. It has been ideally located next to the outside steps to the deck and could be used as an office for those who work out of their homes. There are patio doors to the deck along with an interior door to the rest of the downstairs. This room could be converted to another bedroom should the need arise.
