At 3,572 square feet, the Curt (405-10) fits ideally on a side sloping lot. There is a covered porch and a three-car garage, both facing the front of the property, which gives the home a ranch-style look.

Entering the home across the porch area brings you into an open and airy entry with a parlor on the right, the dining room to the left, and stairs to the basement in the center. Facing the family room is the wood stove. For convenience to the stairs for breakfast nook implies an openness of a great room.

The kitchen is nicely arranged with appliances around a corner sink. The range and eating bar are together on an island. The walk-in pantry is large with a recessed area at the rear for cookbooks, fills a corner of the kitchen. The utility room is next to the kitchen with the washer, dryer, freezer, sink, cabinets, and a large folding area for clothes. Storage of linen, towels, or supplies is easy in the spare closet.
