Crown Jewel 2's rambling facade has many accents

The long rambling facade of the Crown Jewel 2 (408-45) is accented by many different looks. There are the half-moon windows in the dormers and the brick bay, or the partial wrap-around covered porch, or the large three-car garage. Combined together, this home invites the visitor to feel welcome in its spacious 3,780 square feet.

The vaulted entry faces the angular staircase in front, the vaulted living room on the right and a vaulted swing room on the left. Swing rooms can be anything from a sewing room, office, to a den or library. The formal living room has a corner fireplace and opens into the dining room in the rear.

The rear of this sumptuous home is family oriented with a large vaulted family room, a vaulted sun nook, and the kitchen. The family room has two large windows for light, while the sun nook has one large window with numerous skylights overhead. Patio doors open onto the rear deck. The kitchen is open with a center island containing an eating bar. A pantry is located behind sliding doors.

A full bath with shower and the upper utility room is between the family room and the swing room. The utility room has a large laundry chute container, a freezer, and a built-in drop-down ironing board. A door to the three-car garage also opens from the utility room.

The right side of the Crown Jewel 2 is the master suite. The main suite has a door that opens onto the rear deck. There is a walk-in closet, single sink, and an oversized shower.

Upstairs are three vaulted bedrooms with a full bath. Each bedroom has a ridge beam running through it and features large windows and wall closets. The bathroom has a single sink, a tub, and a laundry chute.

Downstairs is the 1,306 square foot basement set up for guests or as an in-law suite. There is a full guest suite with a great room, kitchen, and utility room. The guest suite has a built-in dresser with a walk-in closet, and guest bath with a handicap shower. Adjacent is a secondary bath with tub and single sink.

The kitchen contains a dishwasher, range and refrigerator, along with an eating bar facing the huge great room. A walk-in pantry is next to the large utility with extra storage and another ironing board.
